Description

On Dec 4th, 1998, the Trover’s family truck was found abandoned and on fire. When investigators approached the vehicle, they encountered a frightened and badly beaten Cheryl Trover. Cheryl told investigators about an intruder entering the Trover’s family home the night before. The intruder killed Cheryl’s husband, John Trover, tied up the Trover children, and then abducted Cheryl. Although investigators initially believed Cheryl, they soon uncovered a dark secret that Cheryl had been keeping and they’re focus began to shift. The next series of events would lead to the Trover children being left without both of their parents.
