On the morning of April 12, 1981, 14-year-old Sheila Sharp returned to her family’s cabin in Keddie, California after spending the night at her friend’s house for a sleepover. Sadly, Sheila walked in to find her mom, Glenna “Sue” Sharp, her older brother, 15-year-old John Sharp, and John’s friend, 17-year-old Dana Wingate were brutally murdered. Sheila ran back to her friend's house to alert her friend’s parents who alerted the police. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Sheila’s younger brothers, 10-year-old Rick and 5-year-old Greg, as well as their friend Justin Eason-Smartt who were in the cabin at the time of the attack were still alive. However, 12-year-old Tina Sharp was discovered to be missing, with her body being discovered several years later. Although there were some suspects initially identified, this case remains unsolved today.
