On March 17th 1990 14 year old Rachel Hurley was out boating with her friends at the Jupiter Inlet in Florida. With her Mom waiting in the parking lot just over a mile away, Rachel leaves her friends at the washroom to make sure she wasn't late. Unfortunately that would be the last time she would be seen alive. Tune in this week to find out Rachel's story.
