In this episode I'm talking with a very fascinating friend of mine - Dr. Marcy Cole, a Holistic Psychotherapist. For over three decades, , she has guided people, as they navigate life’schanges, challenges, and callings… supporting adolescents, adults, and couples through an integrative approach that nurtures their mind, body, and spirit.

We talk about finding love later in life and how she and her new love had a nomadic year of traveling around the US and Europe visiting friends, new and old ones. She truly lives in the moment and trusts her instincts. It's pretty fascinating atage 60ish to just make space for a year of traveling and then move three states away to be with her loved one. However, they are back to traveling and will now together find a place to live. Talking about following yourinstincts and staying true to you, which is her motto in life.

She is also the co-author of two best-selling anthologies on female empowerment and the founder of a robust heart centered community called: First Tuesday Global -producing lifeenrichment virtual events that educate, inspire and foster connectivity.
