Krista is wife, a mom to 5 boys, and a Gammy to 3 granddogs. She works full time as a Family
Support Specialist with Healthy Families, working one on one with moms and their young children. She is
passionate about health and wellness and empowering women to be the best version of themselves in
whatever season they are in by honoring the body God has given them. For her, that hasn’t come easy.
God has carried her through being a survivor of Sudden Cardiac Arrest at 44 years old and the healing
journey spiritually, mentally, and physically that followed.
"I have learned that I am more than what has
happened to me and that my tragedy is not my identity. I am defined as a child of the King and He has
so much more in store for me. God is not done writing my story and His purpose through me is to share
the goodness of God even if…."
Krista truly believe that sharing your story allows God to move in other people’s lives. It has power in Jesus
name. It shows people that they are not alone. Her story is so much more than Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
It is about overcoming fear, it is about hope, it’s about speaking life over yourself and others. The Lord
has carried her through a healing journey that has drawn her closer to Him and allowed healing to come
spiritually, mentally, and physically. And its not finished yet.
