Born and raised in Cairns, Dylan Reeve’s journey has been one of exploration, growth, and returning to his roots. Shuffling between Cairns and the Sunshine Coast during his school years, he eventually kicked off an electrical apprenticeship within his father’s business. But a desire to see what else life had to offer led him to pause the tools and head to Jindabyne with his partner for a season in the snow.That chapter ended with new ideas and experiences, pushing Dylan to dabble in civil work before stepping into a carpentry apprenticeship. Yet even then, something still felt missing. In time, he found his way back—resuming his electrical apprenticeship alongside his father, Chris, and stepping into fatherhood with the arrival of fraternal twins.
