Carol Silva Moralez had a career with Walmart spanning more than 25 years, taking on multiple leadership roles in which she put her skillset in People Leadership, Talent Development, and Financial Acumen to work.
She has received numerous awards such as the 2024 C Suite Award from Arkansas Money & Politics (AMP), 2023 Top 10 C-Suite Executive Award and the 2020 Top 10 Women Business Award from the NWA Business Journal.
Carol was appointed to the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement Policy Board and Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Community Development Advisory Committee. She currently serves as the President & CEO of Upskill NWA where she leads an organization that truly lives out its mission, vision, and values everyday.
