30 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, project development, Military recruiting (officer, enlisted, and prior service), and leadership. Served as the Director of Logistics in Colorado Springs and have held senior-level management positions within numerous Marine Corps organizations.Jose's success is derived from his ability to leverage professional relationships, manage multi-department initiatives, develop partnerships, and achieve results through innovation and teamwork. He takes projects from zero to full speed ahead, fostering high-performing teams and uniting senior management. His unique ability to build capacities of scale ensures fiscal responsibilities. Leadership in the community and military is a top priority for Jose. He volunteers as a Youth Sports Coach at the YMCA and local soccer clubs, and has contributed to Compassion International.
