Description

We are starting a study of what is needed for Black women to
take care of themselves emotionally. Life is tough for Black women. We must be all
things to most people and twice as good to some. Our worth is often measured
not by our character, but by the texture of our hair, the color of our skin or
the size of our butt.

Regardless of our accomplishments, we tend to be our own
worst critics. This makes us sad, anxious and depressed. We must learn and
practice ways to stay safe, feel secure and stand with stability in a world
that does not always value us.

In this episode of “Stress Talk” Live with Marcyline, we are
going to share “3 Steps Black Woman Should take Towards Emotional Self Care.”
