Do you feel like the holidays are going to break you? Somany of us run on fumes during this time of year. This sometimes leaves us feeling resentful because of all the demands. Everyone in your family requires something from you, including your spouse, your children and your agingparents.

If you are like me, you may try to hide in the bathroom justto get a few moments of peace. Sometimes family will invade that space as well.

If you work, it seems as if work demands increase as well.Timelines shorten. Expectations intensify. The unexpected happens requiring all hands on deck to put out the fire.

A while back, I knew I had to do something to get throughthe holidays without losing it. As a result, I created a simple mental reset routine that saved me and helped me find real joy in the season again.
