Mindfulness meditation is a powerful practice that enables strength,
stability, and clarity of mind. This centuries old practice has many forms and
definitions. Mindfulness can be described as learning to bring our attention to
the present moment by focusing on our breath and seeing what arises without
judgment.
We are living in a stress filled world. Everywhere we turn, we are
bombarded with words and images of anger, distrust, and dissension. This is
occurring in our homes, in the workplace, and in schools. A simple visit to the
store may expose you to the anger and resentment of others. You may feel the
same anger and resentment. People are impatient. They are angry and taking
their anger out on anyone in their path.
A mindfulness lifestyle is one in which you can bounce back or manage the
difficulties and difficult feelings. This is called resilience. You live in
balance can manage your emotions in a healthy manner
In today’s “Stress Talk” Live with Marcyline we are going to share a
guided “Mindfulness Meditation practice to relieve feelings of Anger and
Resentment.”
