The Burncoat Center for Arts & Wellness is a community destination for sustainable living, arts & wellness education, and local/handmade shopping.
Opened in early 2020, co-founders Kim Mowers (a sewist) and Barbara Alteri (a psychotherapist) joined forces to create a neighborhood center dedicated to nurturing the balance between creativity and wellness.
