This week’s podcast episode features sound bath healer and body worker Keisha Hopkins. She is the owner of Stellar Sounds and Bodywork in Calvert KY which is a sacred space for holistic wellness through vibration, frequency, and therapeutic massage.
Keisha found her way to sound healing through pain. She believed the medicine of sound found her, called her in, and has always been a healing balm throughout her entire life, even from in utero.
Keisha’s past is colored with ancestral patterns of trauma and addiction. Part of her purpose that has unfolded in her journey has been to break those patterns and send healing threads throughout her generation - past, present, and future.
She believes her purpose here is to raise the frequency of the human collective through embodied healing practices of therapeutic massage and vibrational medicine.
