Starring Jean-Claude Van Damme (Guile) and Raul Julia (M. Bison), this 1994 cult classic was not received fondly upon initial release. Based on the Street Fighter II video games, this G. I. Joe-inspired take on the franchise removes the pesky street fighting and special powers from the characters.
