Description

As someone who has taken years to build their self-confidence, I started with very little. Several factors contributed to this but I wasn't always this person. I worked on her, gave myself grace, and pushed myself by taking action. I want you to have the self-confidence to live the life you're meant to live so I want to talk about how to build self-confidence.
