Today's episode was inspired by the Disney/Pixar Inside Out and we're going to talk about emotions when it comes to negative self-talk. We have to remember that we are human and having a spectrum of human emotions is okay. When the negative emotions become chronic is when it becomes a problem. I want to share my thoughts on overcoming negative self-talk while also reminding you that you are a human being.
