You'll often hear the term "sacrifice" when it comes to prioritizing yourself like your gym time or sleep. These are decisions you are making to benefit your life rather than not spending time with friends for example. We can make simple additions into our lives to help us on our fitness journey like walking while being on social media or immediately getting up when our water is empty and refilling it (just examples). Life doesn't stop for lifting and we need to find our own harmony with everything that is important in our lives.
