Just imagine the freedom that comes from no longer seeking validation from external sources but recognizing your inherent worthiness. This affirmation holds a special significance for me, as it marks a pivotal moment in my own journey toward self-love. And I want nothing more than for you to experience that same sense of liberation.
Now, onto today's task, one that holds a special place in my heart: Write a letter to yourself expressing gratitude and appreciation for who you are, independent of your accomplishments. Take a moment to handwrite this letter, as there's something profoundly impactful about putting pen to paper. Afterwards, I encourage you to store this letter in a safe place, perhaps to revisit it in the future. Before doing so, take a moment to reflect on the emotions and feelings that arose as you penned your letter of self-appreciation. Acknowledging and embracing your inherent worthiness is a powerful step toward releasing the need for external approval.
