Hi everybody, Sam here. Day 15 of 30 of creating a life of self love and I'm so glad you're back again for day 15 or maybe you're just coming across us for the first time and wanted to welcome you here. Safe Heart Connections is an online community group for women that are working on learning to love themselves more fully and by default.
Our lives improve and we get to make connections in the community. So I'm so glad you're here. I wanted to say let's start with our self love daily affirmation. I forgive myself for past mistakes and embrace every experience as an opportunity for growth. I forgive myself for past mistakes and embrace every experience as an opportunity for growth.
I was just talking with a woman that we're doing a micro interview with, and she was talking about self forgiveness. And if you've been, if you've been in the community for a while, you may have seen the self love mini series already. If not, and you're in the community, you have free access to that. So make sure you take the opportunity to check that out.
Being able to forgive ourselves is a really important part of self love because we did the best we could with what we had in that moment. It's a choice. You get to forgive yourself if you want to. Our self love daily task for today is pamper yourself with a relaxing bath or skincare routine and Maybe you don't have a bathtub Maybe you aren't able to do that, but you can do some type of skincare routine You could just get some simple lotion put some lotion on your body Take a dry brush if you have a dry brush if you're not familiar with what those are They're really great for your skin.
It's great for self soothing. Maybe do something just with your hair. Maybe even just brush your hair. Maybe you don't have the ability to do a skin care routine or something, but just brush your hair. do something for yourself today. And then your journal prompt is Basically, write about how that was.
What was that like for you? What are some other types of things can you incorporate into your world as you move forward to create a life of self love? I would say that little tiny things can really add up. Making sure that you're not just going through the motions. That you're actually taking the time to feed yourself well, to exercise, to get enough sleep.
All these things are a part of self love. And doing those as a base is really wonderful. But being able to pamper yourself just a little bit really can remind yourself that you are worthy of love just because you are, not because you do. Hope you have a great day and I'll see you tomorrow.
