Hi there, Sam here. Hope you're having a great day wherever you're at in the world today. I am the founder and community host of SafeHeart Connections. We are an online community group of women who are working on learning to love ourselves more fully. And by default, our life improves and we get to make connections along the way.
If you are new to SafeHeart Connections, maybe you just found us. We are so glad you're here if you are looking to create a life of self love you are in the right place. And ladies, those of you that are returning, we are so glad you're back. We are so glad you're part of the community.
If you are, if you're not, and you're just watching us on social media, maybe now it's time to go ahead and click on through and join the free online community group and get access to the self love miniseries. After the 30 days, I am going to have this journal sold on Amazon where you'll be able to order it and pick up a copy so that you will be able to actually go back through and write down your answers and go through these daily tasks and prompts and the affirmations again and again, because this is definitely not a one time thing.
It's something that you'll do more than once. Here's day 26. I am worthy of taking up space and expressing myself fully and authentically. Wow. I know for a lot of us, we tend to make ourselves smaller. So where people don't see us or we're not in a way because we don't want to be in trouble.
And as we learn to create a life of self love, you will start to notice, at least I have, that I am definitely worthy of taking up space. My voice matters and being heard and seen. Are not things to be afraid of and being able to express myself fully and authentically Those are wonderful things. So i'm glad that we have this affirmation here today And then our self love daily task gratitude focus on The blessings and abundance in your life.
Gratitude. If you've been around here for a little while, you'll know that I believe that gratitude is the powerhouse of creating a life of self love. I believe that because whenever you focus on all the good, I believe you're going to see more and more good around you. So taking the time to actually do some gratitude journaling, I believe is a wonderful self love task for today.
And then our journal prompt is definitely tied back to that. How did that feel? Did it help you find more things to be thankful for or grateful for? Was it hard to think of things? If it was hard, maybe dig a little deeper and don't think that those things have to be so big. It could be something really small.
I don't want to try and put things into your mind for examples, because I believe if you think about it , you'll come up with more than enough. Know that it doesn't have to be big things. It can be small things too. And if this was a challenge for you, I would say continue doing this for a while and see if it gets easier and if you're able to then start seeing more and more things to be grateful for, because I know that's what happens in my life.
So I'm so glad you're here and I look forward to seeing you on day 27.
