Description

In this episode I discuss the value of being unproductive.  HUH?? That’s right.  Time to do nothing can prove to be very recharging. I discuss the counterproductive nature of “scheduling time to recharge and I instead created a new lens through which to re-fuel–calling this process  unproductive time.   This makes a huge difference in altering the nervous system and shifts to a “being” mode that settles the space and creates a unique peace of mind.
