"I think there's a lot of power in bringing that digital audience into the physical experience. It's really cool."
Welcome to the SWFL Business Podcast, where we interview business owners in the Southwest Florida area to learn about their business and where they're heading.
Today's guests are Eddie Kopp and Alex Casement from Sugarshack Inc.
I've been a fan of Sugarshack Sessions for a long time now, and they've done an incredible amount of work to highlight my favorite reggae bands over the years. It's been awesome to watch their channel grow, and after having this conversation, I'm excited to see where it goes from here.
We dive into the origins of Sugarshack, their vision for the future of the company, and the work they do on a consistent basis to make it all possible.
If you're an entrepreneur in the creative space who wants to fund their own passion projects, whether in videography, music, art, etc., check this episode out. There is no single path to success in this field, and you're not limited to the two "traditional" options: either be a starving artist who's all-consumed at the expense of all else, or give it up entirely for a normal life.
There is a path to that success, and the Sugarshack team is a great example.
