Description

Welcome to You're the Poet, the poetry podcast featuring you! In this twenty-fourth episode hosts Matt & Phil Burgio welcome guest David Simpson to the You're the Poet community and share Clement Clarke Moore (or Henry Livingston Jr.'s) "A Vist from St. Nicholas", Matthew Burgio's "It's Too Cold Outside for Classes", and Phil Burgio's "Is He Real?". David Simpson shares a variety of his short, witty poetry on topics including Shakespeare's stage, toucans, materialism, poetry, being a man, the stars, mirrored twins, lines in the sand, veggie parts, writer's block, loneliness, a washing machine, seeing things, and being pinioned by chains of reason . We hope you enjoy the poetry shared here, and we welcome you to join us for future episodes.
