Description

Even if you are not trying or even planning on having children, you should care about your fertility. If your fertility is off track, there are for sure other issues going on with your body that would contribute to your health and wellness. Every process in our body is interconnected, so an issue in one area can be an indicator of unknown things that might be going on. 

This week we will dive into;
