Today we are covering a topic we are both passionate about, and that is pursuing health while making it as *simple* as possible. It is so easy to get caught up in all the things you should be doing, gadgets you should have, supplements you should be taking, and the list goes on. Often times this overcomplicates health and healing, which then leads to a decline in health and a feeling of burnout. Your health and healing should make your life easier, not harder.
Join us as we discuss some of the ways we see health being overcomplicated or confusing, some basic principles we like to follow to ensure we don't burnout, and some personal narrative of when we’ve gotten overwhelmed and how we try to keep it simple now!
