Description

Gemma's story starts with an accidental wild pregnancy in Indonesia and culminates in her second pregnancy being an intentionally wild one, ending in a beautiful freebirth.

Gemma's story offers so many opportunities for us to undo our culturated thinking. She takes full responsibility for her and her baby's health and wellbeing and in doing so she is able to deal with her fears head on and find herself fully resourced in her own inner Knowing.

Tapping into this Knowing allowed Gemma to differentiate between fear when something is "wrong" and fear that is often a natural part of birth. Here we see that we don't need to run from fear, outsource it, or escape it. Fear is present not because something has gone awry, but because the threshold and passage are so big. And that's the medicine.
