What has helped for me is having over-arching non-negotiable items that I do every single day without compromise. And I follow these like my life depends on it.

• Creating my Specific (action items and times of day) and General Power List every single morning.
• 10 minutes of Journaling every night before I go to bed to reflect on what I am proud of and what I can work on for tomorrow.
• Finally, focusing & living within each day. Within each task I am doing. Taking things one step at a time. Taking each decision one decision at a time. Making the best decision the best version of myself would make one decision at a time.
