Mandy's mission in life is to reduce our household plastic usage. Her Instagram page mandy_spooner features really interesting videos and tips about how to reduce plastic usage and links to clever Australian companies doing just that. And her information-packed e-book, 'Living Green - a guide to creating a sustainable lifestyle' is available online.
Mandy's mantra is: Just change one thing at a time! That way, it's not an overwhelming goal. She also hosts workshops around the region.
In her spare time, she organises regular beach clean-ups, because that's where a lot of our plastics rubbish ends up.
