Welcome back to Talk Dodgers to Me! We are so excited to introduce a new series in our partnership with Legends' Attic, our favorite sports memorabilia store in Claremont, California owned by three die-hard sports fans including Dodger legend, Orel Hershiser. The Legends' Attic Series are shorter interviews with surprise pop ins from fun and exciting guests recorded at Legends’ Attic events. You might even get to be in one if you are in attendance!

In our first episode of the series, we chat with new Dodger pitcher Kirby Yates after we all just got back from Tokyo. We ask Kirby all about his experience in Japan with his new teammates, he tells us which player is impossible to get out, and how he feels going into the 2025 season with the World Champion Dodgers.

Next up, we have Rick Krajewski who does Stats and Research for the Dodgers. It was really fun to learn about Rick's job, his day to day, what his thoughts are on pitching injuries, how Shohei pitching will make his job even harder, and how he landed his job through good friend, Joe Davis.

Last by certainly not least is our friend and Dodger legend, Orel Hershiser. We get a pitching masterclass from Orel, somehow get into a conversation about the toilets in Tokyo, and hear fun stories including being on the trip when the Dodgers first scouted Shohei in Japan. Comment and let us know what your favorite part of the episode is!
