Natalie helps businesses and leaders grow great employees so they keep them. As a keen fitness focussed enthusiast centres her method to focus on performance and wellbeing.
Natalie believes it is the role of a leader to help inspire trust and see potential. Her experience comes from 19 years in operational and strategic roles and a passion for CPD development.
