Because of her success the Nashville Business Journal named Lauren to the list of Top 40 Under 40 in 2023, noting her excellence in her work and the community. That same year, the American Heart Association of Tennessee named her a Woman of Impact, marking her dedication to fighting heart disease among women after experiencing her own life-threatening heart event in 2018.
