Nick Hardwick is a former NFL Pro Bowl Center for the San Diego Chargers. He earned distinction as one of the 50 Greatest Chargers of All-Time as a member of the 50th Anniversary team, won the Ed Block Courage award, and earned Pro Bowl honors for his play on the field. Nick’s proudest accomplishment during his career was earning the title of Team Captain for his last 5 seasons in the league.
Following Nick’s illustrious career in football, Nick immediately lost 85lbs in under 5 months,
showing up at his retirement press conference weighing 208lbs. The program he designed for himself to lose weight has become the Lose Like a Lineman Program and, most recentlyLose Like a Lady designed with his health-conscious wife, Jayme’s guidance. Together they are helping hundreds of people lose weight and stay active every day. They also host a health and wellness-focused podcast called The HardwickLIFE.
