Description

Jeremiah Hamman is a Carmel-based restaurateur and owner of Prime 47 Carmel, the city’s premier upscale steakhouse known for fine dining, exceptional service, and a strong connection to the local community. With a career built on concept development and hospitality leadership, Jeremiah has guided Prime 47 into one of Central Indiana’s most recognizable dining destinations, while also expanding into new ventures. He has partnered on projects like the Grand Park Events Center in Westfield and is currently developing a high-end steakhouse at The Crossing in Fishers District, an expansion slated to open alongside the Fishers Event Center in the coming years.

Beyond business, Jeremiah is deeply invested in the Carmel and Hamilton County community. He supports local charities, veterans’ causes, and civic organizations, frequently collaborating with groups like the Carmel VFW Post 10003 and other community partners. His work reflects a philosophy of pairing hospitality with service—building not just restaurants, but places where people gather, celebrate, and give back.

A proud Hoosier, Jeremiah balances his entrepreneurial drive with family life, civic engagement, and a commitment to making Carmel a better place to live and dine. His leadership continues to shape Indiana’s dining landscape while staying rooted in the values of hard work, generosity, and community spirit.
