John Bales is an entrepreneur and business leader with more than 20 years of experience building and leading companies across energy, agriculture, real estate, and hospitality. He is the CEO of BioDynamic Ventures, LLC, which oversees CBD and hemp businesses including Denver CBD and BioDynamic Green Haus supporting Indiana farmers. Previously, he helped drive innovation and operational efficiency across North American drilling operations at US Oilfield Co. Bales is also the founder of Veterans Labor Group, helping returning service members transition back into the workforce, and through Venture Real Estate has completed over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions. In the hospitality world, he is the co-founder of SALT Restaurant, with locations in Mass Ave, Geist, and Carmel City Center.
