While we have never met in person, I first encountered Logan Ellis in 2021 when seeking someone to independently review my own albums. Despite his being by a self-confessed ‘Metal-Head’ he had shown, in other works he had reviewed, a clear ability to analyse musical and production strengths and weaknesses.
SP Records is a project that's helmed by Logan. The Kiwi [New Zealand] founder/manager of Spiderhands Productions is a musical man that wears many hats. As a creative professional, he teaches, records, produces and reviews music from around the world. One of his favourite things is doing literally everything related to his music, from the singing, instrumental performances, songwriting, recording, production, mixing and mastering. He specializes in writing music that simultaneously fulfils his creative preferences while giving zero thought to "making music the way that he should". He loves Metal and Electronic Music, and likes everything in-between.
This Episode was created by him during the creation of his new work “Feast”. Despite several spoken references about his uncertainty about how he will finish it, it IS finished and the full released version can be heard here -
