There’s a lot of common wisdom that you hear from people, like Business Coaches and Experts and Consultants and Authors. And there’s some popular although cliched advice that you often hear:
Things like, “work on your business not in your business”. And the really popular one - “you need to get off the tools”.
And on the surface these ideas make sense. And the advice is quite practical and sensible. Because it DOES make sense that if you’re involved in all the doing work, it’s not leaving enough time to actually work on your business.
