As Chair of GM Active and a member of the GM Moving Partnership Board, I work alongside partners like Transport for Greater Manchester, NHS Greater Manchester, the GM Combined Authority, and Sport England to deliver the Greater Manchester Strategy and Integrated Care Partnership strategy.
Since the 2015 Blueprint for Change and a 2016 collaboration with Sport England, we’ve been transforming how national and local systems work together. Our evolving Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), recently refreshed, reflects this progress, highlighting shared stories from communities like those in Wigan and Leigh.
