Today’s guest on the Conveners podcast is Izabella Natrins.
Izabella is CEO of the UK and International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA) and an international speaker, author as well as being a chef. Izabella is a real force of nature and is leading the march to grow the UKIHCA to develop it as the gold standard professional body for health coaching in the world and to spread the word that health coaches are non-clinical health professionals who not only transform people’s health outcomes but are transforming healthcare systems.
So, today we consider how the shift in our sector to work better with health and social care can include working with health coaches. Can our workforce be upskilled, and can coaches collaborate with us to expand our offer and help us gain credibility with health colleagues or are they too suffering from some of the issues we experience?
It feels like there are many opportunities to collaborate with health coaches so I hope this episode helps people think through those opportunities and spurs them to take some action to work with Izabella and Innes Kerr and the team.
