Kate is the Chief Officer for Strategy and Partnerships at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS. Kate collaborates with Warren Smyth at Abbeycroft Leisure, and listening to Kate, you can understand why the collaboration has been so successful over the years and continues to be so.
There's some really good insights into how to approach a relationship with an ICS and health colleagues here. Why it's important to spent time to understand the priorities of the ICS that you’re looking to work with and what this might mean in terms of the NHS 10 year plan going forward and the renewed focus on prevention. These discussions with health colleagues are always full of learning and relevant pointers for us all and this is no exception.
