Good ole gratitude, based on my research, first started to appear in psychological studies around 2003 with reference to positive psychology and the many benefits we derive from a gratitude practice.
However gratitude past saying and receiving thank you's isn't taught, so how do we start to cultivate a practice around feeling thankful and grateful outside of saying we are grateful and thankful? That's a whole other story.
Listen to today's episode as I discuss what gratitude is, where it originated from, how we do it and why it's important.
