About Michelle:
Michelle is an online nutritionist & body image coach with a passion for empowering individuals to build confidence in their bodies. A former radiographer, Michelle transitioned into fitness and nutrition after experiencing firsthand the limitations of traditional diet culture. She holds an MSc in Sports & Exercise Nutrition and is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in body image and disordered eating in the fitness industry. With a strong belief in evidence-based coaching, she combines academic knowledge with real-world experience to challenge diet culture and promote sustainable health. Michelle is dedicated to making fitness more inclusive, educating clients and coaches, and driving the industry forward.
