An Advisory Group, chaired by the Principal Scientific Advisor, has been formed to develop an India-Specific AI Regulatory Framework. A subcommittee within this group has released a guidelines report that is currently open for consultation. Rijesh Panicker and Bharath Reddy unpack and discuss the recommendations in the report.
