James spent a large chunk of his career at Doncaster Rovers and enjoyed some incredible moments with them including promotions, and cup runs and a very dramatic final day of the season away at Brentford (Rovers fans will know exactly what I mean!).
James opens up about troubles he had with his mentality and mindset early on, but how he overcame these and ended up with a professional career more than double the average length.
