In this video, I sit down with Dougie Anderson who is currently the Coach Education & Development Manager at the Scottish Football Association.

Dougie has a wealth of experience when it comes to coaching and scouting, and how those roles tie in nicely to that of an analyst. We speak about the roles of the manager and assistant, first team coaches and the landscape and pathway for coaches with the SFA.

We go over what makes a good coach and Dougie gives some great advice to aspiring coaches, analysts and scouts. Also, how could we not bring up the time Dougie got the chance to spend some time with Jose Mourinho!
