Description

Initially born in Italy, Sandro moved to the UK at a young age and had to learn the language. After playing academy football, he eventually turned to coaching and has had some great experiences so far in his career.

After spending a lot of time in University sport, he spent time at some different academies, and then ended up at Leeds United working with Marcelo Bielsa.

After gaining promotion and eventually seeing Bielsa sacked, Sandro moved on to Sunderland where he currently overseas the whole GK department.

He discuss the use of video, how he prepares for games and much more in between. He even tells us his 3 favourite goalkeepers of all time!
