Jamie Osman was most previously the head of analysis at Ipswich Town for their Premier League campaign. Before that, he spent 13 years at West Ham United.
During his time at West Ham he quickly moved from working with the academy, to heading up the whole analysis department working alongside many different managers and coaches.
