Description

Starting out as a coach in New Zealand, Gary suddenly found himself working with the women's national team with next to no analysis experience. At the time he started out, he says there was pretty much no 'analysts' working in NZ.

Being a role he loved, he learnt quick and having spent around 6 years with the NZ National teams (men & women), he made the move over to Qatar as the prepared for the upcoming World Cup.

Gary is based at the incredible Aspire academy and he is kind enough to share his journey so far, and shares some very useful advice.

Thanks again to Gary for taking the time out!
