Surströmming. It’s a delicacy apparently. The smell is feral the taste is somehow worse and the whole thing was absolute chaos. But we both gave it a proper go. We opened it. We ate it. We survived
No guest this week just us two gagging laughing and questioning our life choices. It’s disgusting it’s hilarious and honestly we’re proud of ourselves
