Rachael's Big Move:
- Rachael is moving from California to Washington, a 27-hour drive (actually 21ish).
- The movers came yesterday, and today involved a lot of physical tasks and errands. Despite the exhaustion, Rachael is excited about the move to Washington, which has been a goal for five years.
Energy Management During Big Tasks:
- Rachael discusses the importance of creating strategies for managing ADHD energy when your schedule requires you to keep pushing. Sometimes we can't give our body what it needs but we can make it better.
