Sandra has been involved in human resources in the financial sector for over 21 years. She began her HR career as a resourcing manager for Citigroup in April of 1999. Throughout the years she has developed her HR skills and her knowledge of the financial services. Currently, Sandra is working as the founder and Managing Director of Searchlight Executive as well as her role as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Quintet Private Bank.
